Victorian Law Books

When we leave this house for others to enjoy, I hope that something of ours will remain and blend with the new owners things. These law books have remained in the house well over 100 years and belonged to Leonard Harstone, Barrister at Law, second owner of the Dusty Victorian.

Hi Marilyn,
I intend to leave this house feet first.

Oh my~
How often do you dust those shelves??
I'd do it.. like never. :)

Never, as well. Besides Brian has a thing about his books. Even if I offered to dust the bookcase (which I would never do), he wouldn't want me to. He has a lot of first editions, collectors items, signed books, etc...
A little tare would depreciate the book dramatically.
The law books are a nice addition though, I love their rich patina and their association with the house.
